Booking with Zam Prestige Ride is very seamless. Here are the steps:
1) Get Estimate of Fares and proceed with completing booking form if happy. Please drop us an email if any query.
Note: Remember to Choose Airport Pick or Drop off option from drop down when booking airport related trip so we can also capture your flight details.
2. Choose to pay later or now to allow our sysytem to create your profile for seamless booking experience in future. For repeat client you can choose paynow option for immediate confirmation. For first time user, we recommend using pay later options if not sure but still required to complete all mandatory details to ensure your profile gets completed, however you won't be charged until you have received official confirmation of reservation from our team. You can also request to pay upon completion of ride, however full fares will be charged upon completion. Repeat client also have option to pay direct to Driver to suit your circumstances, however 10% discount offer will not be applicable then as it is available strictly for online prepaid ride.
3. You will receive automatic confirmation when Paynents are made successfully.
4. You will receive heads up reminder text from our team to ensure your estimate ETA haven't changed. For pax requested pickup from Airport, our team constantly monitor flights for any delays accordingly.
5. Our team will provide driver and allocated vehicle details at least 1-2 hours prior to scheduled arrival time to ensure we have factored most uptodate data (monitor flight actual arrival time / unforseen flight delays etc) when allocating most closest available driver to pickup sites for seamless experience.
6. Expect to receive welcome text with details to meeting point from driver or booking manager upon landing when getting picked up from airport . International visitor are advised to connect to whatsapp upon approval using free airport wifi for prompt communication. Any issues please contact our office number for assistance.
7. Allocated Chauffeurs collects you from nominated pickup point. Please let our chauffeurs know should you need additional drop off so we can adjust your price accordingly where required.
8. You get dropped off to your nominated location.

Chauffeur Meeting Point – Terminal 2
The Chauffeur Meeting Point is situated near Hudsons Cafe, directly opposite the entrance to the arrivals hall. If you cannot locate your chauffeur holding your name sign, we recommend waiting by Hudsons Coffee Shop (on your right upon your exit) and contacting us or your chauffeur immediately.
For international guests with overseas mobile phones, we suggest using WhatsApp to reach us, as the airport provides free Wi-Fi to facilitate seamless communication.
All Domestic Pickup (Terminal 1, 3 & 4)
1) Chauffeur Meeting Point – Terminal 1 – Qantas
There are two Chauffeur Meeting Points at Terminal 1, both located on the ground floor.
- For Qantas domestic flights arriving at gates 1–12, the Chauffeur Meeting Point is in front of baggage carousel 1, near Flat Chat Cafe.
- For flights arriving at gates 13–24, the Chauffeur Meeting Point is in front of baggage carousel 4, next to the Convenience outlet.
2) Chauffeur Meeting Point – Terminal 3 – Virgin Domestic
Chauffeur Meeting Point is situated on the ground floor in arrivals hall as soon as you come down the escalator to the ground level.
3) Chauffeur Meeting Point – Terminal 4 – Jetstar Domestic and Regional Express (Rex)
Chauffeur Meeting Point is situated on the ground floor in the arrivals hall in front of the Cafe at the footsteps of the escalator.
Melbourne Prestige Ride Chauffeurs Team are very flexible when it comes to working with our client in regards to preferred payment method and work with you accordingly.
Below are various options you can avail:
1) Prepay and save 10% upfront online at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to scheduled booking date.
Unfortunately discount off 10% not applicable should you choose to pay upon completion of requested ride .
3) You can also tender Exact Cash paynent to our driver upon completion of ride and will not incur any surcharge fee. Please let us know via email should you wish to choose this option.
4) Payment Direct to Driver also available via the vehicle payment terminal (Full quoted amount + 4% credit card surcharge will be applicable. Unfortunately discount off 10% not applicable should you choose to pay upon completion of requested ride .
Note: International Visitors are requested to prepay rides to ensure your travelling experience is as seamless as possible.

Go to My Trip and Check if the status is still showing "requested". You will be unable to make payment until our team have reviewed your request and change status to "confirmed".

Yes we do gave provision to setup business profile and link company card and we will arrmage invoicing frequency accordingly. Alternatively invoices can be sent upon completion of each ride. You can also submit multiple different rides using same profile .
Yes, we offer wedding packages that include transportation for the bride and groom, wedding party, and guests.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. However, please note that there may be restrictions on alcohol consumption for underage passengers.
ZAM Prestige Chauffeurs do not issue refunds or exchanges on any bookings except as otherwise specified by the seller as long as minimum of 24 hours notice is provided or minimum of 3 days for special event booking request. If a refund is issued, ZAM Prestige Chauffeurs may retain any booking fees charged (example Credit card surcharge not refundable). Where sufficient notice period not provided, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable regardless of whether or not travel has commenced. Special event bookings such as but not limited to, “Grand Prix, Spring Carnival, New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Avalon Air Show, Australian Open and AFL Grand Final, Weddings, Tours, On hold bookings” will incur in 100% cancellation charges of the total cost of the booking whether the booking is cancelled entirely or partially.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund in the event of the blatant indiscretion of the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof and is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our vehicles including VAPE. In the event that the client or any member of the clients’ party causes damage to the vehicle, the client will be financially responsible to repair that damage. Sanitation fee for all vehicles can range from minimum $300 to $1000 depending on the extend of cleaning required.

Waiting time and charges
ZAM Prestige Chauffeurs will charge for waiting time following the expiry of the applicable courtesy waiting period.
As we understand sometime, unplanned delays can occur, hence we have factored in free-of-charge courtesy waiting period as outlined below:
10 minutes for regular pickups from residential or office locations and train stations.
15 minutes for pickups from special events.
30 minutes for Domestic Airport pickups.
60 minutes for International Airport pickups.
For pickup from an airport, the courtesy waiting period commences upon the actual landing of the flight indicated in the booking.
Waiting time (calculated on a per-vehicle basis) will be charged to the customer at the rate of $1.50 per minute for regular sedans and $2.50 per minute for SUV/VAN and more of custom vehicles
